Who is Nazanin Boniadi?

Iranian-British actress who is best known for her role as Leyla Mir on the television series GH. She studied at the University of California, Los Angeles where she earned a degree in theater arts. After graduating from UCLA, Nazanin made her acting debut in 2004 by appearing in an episode of The Guardian before landing a recurring role on ER later that year.

In 2006, Nazanin landed one of her most high-profile roles. The same year that she started filming 24 (2006), Nazanin also appeared alongside Samuel L Jackson and Jon Voight in Universal Soldier: Regeneration which was released in early 2007 and grossed over $20 million domestically at the box office worldwide during its opening weekend alone.

She had a brother who died in 2010 due to cancer. In her early age she studied acting at the Haftom School of Acting from 1999 until 2002 before moving to Los Angeles to pursue acting as a career when she was 22 years old.

It was directed by Cyrus Nowrasteh who wanted someone that could speak Farsi fluently so he found out about Nazanin Boniadi through one of his friends who knew her personally. He then contacted her agent and asked if he could send him some pictures so that they can meet up together if possible which then happened shortly after that call took place between them both!
